MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe in my clients – in their strength and resilience. I believe that they have the ability to cope with and overcome their difficulties. I am respectful of their situation, while encouraging them to identify their resources and own their strength. My aim is to help my clients believe in themselves again, and to live their potential. I feel privileged to be invited on their journeys towards their preferred future.

As a registered Counselling Psychologist since 2011, I have engaged with people from diverse backgrounds, fulfilling different roles within the educational, medical and employee wellness fields. I enjoy working with children, parents, teens, adults and couples.

I follow a Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to psychotherapy. This approach is action-orientated, brief, client-centred and goal-orientated. I believe that change is possible, and that developing the necessary skills can help one successfully navigate challenges in life.

R950.00 per hour session (51-60 minutes)
